Antoinette M. Tease, P.L.L.C. is a registered patent attorney who practices in the areas of intellectual property and technology law. Ms. Tease was General Counsel for Rocky Mountain Technology Group, Inc., before forming her own law firm in 2013. As Montana’s first full-service intellectual property law firm. Rocky Mountain Technology Group, Inc. is a software development company that reaches worldwide, with headquarters in Billings, MT. Tease has a history of working as a partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group with the law firm of Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Deitrich, P.L.L.P. Crowley is the region’s largest law firm. There she represented clients in both high-tech and traditional industries in intellectual property matters. Tease has also practiced with Wiley, Rein & Fielding in Washington, D.C., and Shearman & Sterling in New York City. Ms. Tease attended law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Connecticut Law Review, and where she graduated with High Honors in the top 3% of her class. Ms. Tease obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, where she majored in Economics before working as a legal clerk for United States District Judge David A. Ezra in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tease has been an active member of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law for over a decade.
