Complying with US Export Controls (EAR) - The Bureau of Industry Security regulates all
export licensing according to EAR. Most commercial items and some commodities are subject to
export licensing.

Complying with International in Traffic Arms Regulation (ITAR)- The state department controls licenses of exports (and temporary imports) of defense (munitions) articles and defense services covered by the United States Munitions List (USML) in addition to technical data.
