* MEO – World Trade Center MT (WTCM)

The Montana World Trade Center is a program of The University of Montana that is in need of a VISTA member to build capacity for rural areas across the state of Montana suitable for foreign direct investment. The VISTA would play a key role in helping the organization to map existing resources in the state as well realizing associated capacity building opportunities. Rural and Tribal communities will be primarily served. The proposed project will serve the entire state of Montana. Montana’s enormous geography coupled with low population create unique challenges for raising capital or large-scale projects that could be profoundly beneficial to communities across the state, including rural and tribal communities.
